William’s practice focuses on land use & zoning where he represents developers, land owners and businesses seeking development approvals. Primarily this includes re-zonings, land use amendments, plat and site plan approvals, developer agreements, governmental negotiations, variances, conditional uses, code waivers and code disputes. William also practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy representing clients in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies.

William grew up in Broward County, graduating from South Plantation High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and his Juris Doctor from Barry University. William is licensed to practice by the Florida Bar, and he is also licensed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

He strives to be active in the community. He works with Broward County Legal Aid, is an Ambassador for the Plantation Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association.

William is a resident of Broward County and is a diehard South Florida sports fan supporting the Heat, Dolphins, Marlins, Panthers, and Inter Miami. He enjoys staying active by playing basketball, golf, tennis, softball, and practicing martial arts.
