Mark is engaged in the general practice of law with areas of concentration in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Residential Real Estate Transactions, Mortgage Loan Transactions, Mortgage Law, Title Insurance and Title Related Services.

He has specialized in handling real estate transactions and other related areas of real estate for several years, representing a broad range of various buyers, sellers, and mortgage lenders. He is an authorized title agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Mark was born and raised in Broward County and graduated from Pine Crest Preparatory School in Fort Lauderdale. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Furman University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989. Since being admitted to The Florida Bar, he has been an active member of the Young Lawyer’s Section and various organizations including the Attorneys Real Estate Council of Broward County. Mark practices law in Martin, Palm Beach, and Dade Counties as well as in Broward County.

Mark and his wife, Mindy, have two boys and reside in Fort Lauderdale where they enjoy golf, tennis, and all water sports activities.
