Matt’s practice focuses on the representation of developers, land owners and business ventures before the various Federal, State and local governmental bodies. Matt specializes in land use plan amendments and re-zonings, real estate transactions and contracts, plat and site plan approvals, developer agreements and governmental negotiations/lobbying, administrative hearings, variances, conditional uses and code waivers, code enforcement proceedings, environmental and impact reports, building permit and code disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and corporations. Matt is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and is actively involved in several municipal chamber of commerce organizations.
Matt grew up in Tallahassee, Florida graduating with honors from Lawton Chiles High School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
Matt resides in Broward County and enjoys fishing, playing soccer, attending concerts, and spending time at the beach with his family and friends.
